My attempt at building my own skin textures with displacement and normals.
The diffuse is hand painted partly and some built procedurally then a pre-built skin was used as an overlay with a low opacity.
The displacement map was generated with the bottom half of Wolgade's skin pattern then mixed with two normal maps.
I used the principled BSDF in cycles with a subdermal map and a roughness map.
The lips still need some work but I am fairly happy with the skin texture.
I still need to add imperfections to break it up a bit. That is the next step I think!
