I really like this one I made although there's one problem, the texture for the eyelashes are all messed up, if anyone could help with that, it would be very helpful.

HI

Short question to figure out your problem in detail: do you use Blender render or cycles?

Reason for the behaviour of the eyelashes: transparency is not set correctly.

Looks like BI to me punkduck never had that issue with cycles using mhx2.

Enjoy the Choice :)

Well we can simulate that with a missing alpha input in cycles as well ;)

For Blender Render: select the eyelashes, then the Material Icon and set Transparency to Z-transparancy (Alpha value 0) or Raytrace. It looks like the Mask mode is used.

For Internal, enable Transparency for the material, set the default alpha to 0 (fully transparent), go to the diffuse texture channel and check on Diffuse Color and Alpha under Influence, so the material gets both color and alpha information from the texture.

Also check the Render Layers tab and make sure you haven't accidentally disabled ZTransp (if that's the transparency option you're using).
