That's self-destructive nonsense and you know that! Dedication is the half way. If you really want it,... you know all the fortune cookie phrases, right? ;)

Nope. It's a realistic view on my artistic abilities. Of course I could try to remodel your image and yes, I might succeed, but that's not the point. The point is to have the idea for an image like this. This is something you can't practice.

I hope you know that there is the whole character available for you for free in the asset store.

Be grateful not to be forced to express otherwise overwhelming frustrations thru art. I'm a sick person and this is my therapy. Otherwise i had to kill somebody from time to time, and i hate killing.

Sure. I downloaded it right after you released it.

Doesn't really pop, does it?

It has depth to it. I'm assuming a star Class M and a very hot world in close orbit, tidally locked.

A stark beauty to it.

Does that qualify as popping?

This is cool. For those who don't know: Grinsegold released a target to morph a human into a robot. I like this idea for one reason: On the one hand it's completely absurd and crazy, on the other it's brilliant and looks really good.

Great as always. Sorry that I Did not have the time in the last days to give a comment, I was too busy with my WW and creating all these assets.

Also the picture of Vader above looks good. Places where we all have to go from time to time

Using "only" a target for the robot is really a cool idea. We all know that this guy then will never have sharp edges. That's the only small disadvantage, if you want them.

How did you do the light effect of the eyes?

Assuming Blender, you can split edges to get "sharp" shading effects, either manually in Edit Mode with the Split Edges tool or through the Edge Split modifier. The modifier works by angle limit and/or edges marked as "sharp" in Edit Mode. I prefer the non-destructive modifier when the asset will be staying in Blender, but if ultimately moved to another app, like a game engine, doing it manually avoids import issues.
