Exporting to DAZ

MakeHuman is still the easiest and most customizable software that I found for creating characters (at least for free) but things like skin, hair and clothing are a bit lacking so I wanted to export the character and use it on other apps like DAZ but when I export it (either as .fbx or .obj) it doesn't recognize it as a character, only an object so I can't use their skins, hair and clothing. Is there anything I can do about this? Is there a workaround? Anything I can do?
