This has been discussed before. The problem isn't implementing it. The problem is that every time someone clicks that button, the server will take a 10-15 gb bashing. This server has a traffic cap which would be reached pretty soon this way.
Also, the asset database contains quite a lot broken and old stuff which is probably of limited use.
To adress both these issues (the varying quality of assets and the need to download larger parts of the database), the concept of asset packs have been introduced. These contain sorted and curated assets. By downloading these you can get pretty much all of the actually usable clothes assets for example.
