complete skin texture maps for MH in blender

I was wondering if anyone knows of a place I can either download or purchase detailed skin textures for MH characters.
I've looked in the Assets section and there are some very good skin textures but only the diffuse maps.
I'm looking for diffuse, sss, roughness (or specular) and normal maps for use in Blender. By detailed I mean enough to show skin pores close up.

There are two parts to this:
No, I'm not aware of any place where you can get more detailed skins specifically for MakeHuman.
But, if you import a skin via MPFB2 in blender, you can get tweaks which will improve the situation. For example, you'll get an SSS map, procedural skin pores and detailed control over roughness for separate parts of the body.
