Two new asset lists

In order to provide users with a chance to find assets by their favorite author, I have created two new views:

Asset authors (http://www.makehumancommunity.org/asset-authors.html) lists all authors who have published assets, sorted by how many assets they published.

Assets by author (http://www.makehumancommunity.org/assets-by-author.html) lists all assets by a specific author.

If you click an author name in the first view, you get that author as filter criterion in the second view.
