They are two separate issues (although possibly related). The male suit bug is #662.

yea it suit is fixed with that texture change. i picked off the one i could with the time and skills i have ;) low hanging fruit. if no one else volunteers to help with the other bugs which all look like weighting issues ill try learning me some more blender but its probably better left to the pros.

I've now uploaded the fixed male suit to tuxfamily, so it'll appear in the next build.

Thanks callharvey3d.

I've manually weighted models to rigs before, so I could tackle the asymmetric weights problem. It wouldn't be hard, just tedious.

What format would you need the corrected weights to be in? Will a .blend with the base human and default rig be sufficient to export the data, or does it need to be converted to a .dae or something else first.

I do not know that much about the stuff, but MH uses for its default rig a weight map that can be found in the /data/rigs folder. There are those makehuman-utils (https://bitbucket.org/MakeHuman/makehuman-utils) that could be helpful to create a weight map.

I've done some test exports with the weighting utility. The default .mhw is over 4mb in size, yet my exported one, with all helper meshes included, only comes to 875kb. Am I missing something, or does the size difference come from something unrelated, like whitespace?

Hi DredNicolson,

thanks for taking a look. I'm not sure what is going wrong on your system. When your OS is Windows open the blender console and see, if it shows any errors. On Unix like systems run Blender from a shell, to see error messages.

No errors on console. As far as I can tell, the export is working.

I would like to take a look at bug # 831, it seems that the mesh is jagged on the crotch part, I could repair it. How could i send BL file ?
