I see two potential problems with this licensing.

Its incompatible with share alike. Like how you had to remove the Blender tee shirt. Its probably just as well to tell people that sa licensed assets have to be shared across a different platform, not on the official marketplace. I just thought I should bring it up.

It allows people to sell verbatim copies on other marketplaces. I have herd that there is a problem with people buying an asset on one market, then selling it unmodified on another. I realize this may not seam like a big deal, but I believe there are a lot of people who would be extremely put off by explicitly allowing this. I would recommend something similar to the http://www.textures.com license. Almost everyone would be able to use the assets the same way they do now. You could still use them in a game or render, you just couldn't upload them to another asset market. If you don't like the http://www.textures.com license you could ask Creative Commons if they would make one. There is currently a real need for a license specialized for intermediate art assets. Something like no attribution, derivatives only. Even if you don't want to release the official art this way, consider allowing it as an option for the market. It would make some people feel a lot more comfortable posting assets.
