having issues with skin

i currently been having issues with the skin render, it get glossy and shiny for some reason and i don't know how to fix this issue

If this is in blender, try adjusting the "roughness" value in the materials panel. A reasonable value is 0.4.

no its not in blender, its on the character maker itself
