The only image textures used were the MH eyebrows and eyelids. Everything else is procedural, including the background. The b*wide node pack was helpful in creating the materials. A small number of fireflies was removed with Krita and some slight color corrections applied. Everything else was done using blender and MH.

So here's my somewhat classic scene:
