I'd like to suggest. 'A Still From A Movie'. Using Makehuman character/s make a scene that could be a shot from a movie or tv show.

Also, I would add that this contest have a stipulation that the artist do their best to recreate a real musician in performance;
I believe there are enough of us that can get very close to this by mesh modeling and UV mapping.
