Bigfoot Female: Shaikan Khun

Okay, more 'money where my mouth is' time. This is the first step in creating my character 'Shaikan Khun' from my story 'Amorok' http://nuegua.geekopolis.ca/wp/?page_id=514

She is an Alma, the type of 'bigfoot' claimed to have contact with Mongols. Think of her as a 'cultured Neanderthal'.

To create the character, I'm going to borrow heavily from two of my favorite conspiracy theorists, Lloyd Pye and Danny Vendramini.

They both present strong (but differing) descriptions of what Neanderthals would look like now. So, I boiled it down to a few key features:

Here is the model from MH. I've used the sliders to give me the heaviest-muscled female of average height, with very small breasts (I agree with Vendramini, most Neanderthals are depicted as 'too humanized'). You can download the model as I make the necessary modifications.

Okay, now to the hard work of altering the mesh. What I've learned from Manuel is to use the proportional editor as fine-tuning tool for mesh manipulation.
The trick is to limit its scope with the 'alt + m' command (not well documented). And also, turning the proportional editor has to be turned off and on constantly.
Probably a custom setup is best, but I use so many versions of Blender on so many machines that I probably won't get around to it.

So...here is a TPose with the basic changes. I've decided to keep her waistline, and keep the hands and feet a bit dainty.
