In this case it's not only about copyright, but also the human rights of your hopefully still alive model. Your model might not like the idea of her/his face being used to advertise racism, religious wars or totalitarism. This excludes CC licenses.

In some way I have the problem, because I modelled my girls from real life erotic models using a lot of pictures and trying to get rid of all unwanted light effects.

But fortunately skin and geometry must really fit together so that people are able to recognize a real life person. I never was able to do that with the target sliders of MH and last not least I often decided to use complete symmetry, which looks prettier but does not really exist in nature.

Doing further changes in Blender after importing the MH models make them look more similar. But I don't think it is a good idea to show these result in this forum, I guess then I run into trouble. I also never will upload the skins into the assets because of exactly what wolgade mentioned. I also will not do offending scenes with these textures. It is weird, because these girls are only pixels and geometry, but with the respect to the real person I can't do it. On the other hand, I guess these models never have done everyday pictures in reality

In a lot of cases projection painting does not look very natural. Sometimes it is more like a picture of a head on a sphere. But you can get a 3d model of yourself from a lot of companies printing in 3d. I hope they only sell the model to the owner :?

Last not least people model characters using skins and geometry from e.g. 3d.sk. The reason why a lot of Blender users (including myself) now are familiar with the czech porn actress Anetta Keys (Blenderella videos). 8-) She is doing porn ... she sold the pictures to 3d.sk and you can buy and use it officially. But will that give you the right to use her body/skin for e.g. racism or religious topics? She's a human being like every one of us.

I do not want to be pessimistic, but I guess these problems will occur in the future. Especially when it becomes very easy to create 3d copies and when we think about the use of our personal data today in the internet ... :(

I know about a 3D.sk model with this name. Wasn't aware of the rest of the story.

Straight no. You're not allowed to use these textures in such a context. You're not allowed to use them for porn. This is clearly stated in the license terms. I thought about licensing 3D.sk stuff to do skin textures and release these as CC0. It's not doable. Not because of copyright restrictions, but because of the restriction that these textures couldn't be used without limitations.

On the one hand this is sad, on the other: I'm absolutely convinced that human rights and human dignity are much more important than any 3D model. If we didn't have these two fundamentals, we would have bigger problems than doing a texture.
