The body was done in MH. the rest in Blender... there is sill a lot of texture work needed and tweaks, this is nowhere near close to done, but here is a comparison to the in-game model from World of Warcraft.

Constructive critisism is always welcomed.

That looks like a great start! :) A very interesting character.
It also kind of reminds me of Delphi from Giants: Citizen Kabuto.

I'm curious. How are you going to animate the cape? I'm interested in seeing how the cloth folds (the draping is quite good) and how you navigate the interaction between the cape and the body mesh.

Haven't even considered the animation of the cape yet. I was thinking the cloth simulatior in blender, but i may just use a series of bones..
