Military Poncho Cargo Pants

Hello everyone...here is the template for a highly-requested item on many 3D character forums. It is a 'military poncho and cargo pants' mesh, using retopology and proportional editing. It is only a template! If you need something more exacting, I'm willing to take requests on this one. Just post a picture or a link to the military outfit you are trying to create.

And here is the fully-rigged (yes! with facial expressions and visemes!) model, from the MH 1.1 muscular topology. I will have to change the hairstyle, to fit under the hood.
I haven't rigged it yet, but will do that in the next few days.

Here is a massive update; I've created a Contact Left shape key for all the clothes. The poncho is 3784 vertices, and that seems quite reasonable for the flowing folds.
At that number of vertices, subsurface subdivisions are not really necessary.

and here is the Blender file:

Stick a fork in it, it is done. ;)

The poncho has 3784 vertices; with 8 shape keys needed (one for each pose), that's 30272 vertices to account for. :geek:

This could be done with half that many, now that I know the basic design philosophy works.
