"Extended" game skeleton...

I would like to add some bons to the GAME skeleton, but how do I do that?

I located the uengine.mhskel file and I could edit a copy of this directly, but is there a way to import/export? I got the makehuman-utils, but I don't see a way to activate it,

Currently I got tree addons in Blender, Import runtime, community plug-in and Makewalk... but II don't see that any of those will export mhskel files?

( :? Also, could someone please explain the functions of the runtime plugin... looks like there are a lot of options, but I don't know what they are for and how they are working! )
