Creating Hair Cards for MakeHuman Character

Postby myEight » Mon Feb 17, 2020 8:31 pm

MakeHuman saved me a lot of time, therefore I want to give some back by creating tutorials for this community.
I hope these are helpful for some people. Unfortunately for me it is much easier to speak in german if I create videos, but I translated the most important parts in English and if something is not clear
do not hesitate to ask.

The newest tutorial is about creating Hair Cards for Game Characters Part 1.
Part 1 is creating the Hair Cards with Blender and Part 2 is about adding these cards to the MakeHuman character and I hope it will be finished by the end of this week at the latest.

Have Fun with MakeHuman.

I have finished the second part of the Hair Card Texture tutorial yesterday evening. If you are interested you can take a look
with the following link. I have also done a English version, but be a little bit patient with my English.

HairCard Addon Video - Baking Textures to HairMesh

I have made an "Addon Video" to the HairCard and showing the process of
how to convert the curves into one mesh and bake the textures to the mesh.

This process was not very well described in the other videos about HairCard.
