Install BlenderTools on Windows 8.1

Hi everybody, I installed Blender on my OS Windows 8.1 Pro, i also use MakeHuman on this system. On this site, i saw we can install the blender tools to Make Clothes, make walk, and so on. But when i verify the directory specified in this manual, i don't find the "addons" folder but i find the " Blender foundation" folder. So i don't know how can i install the Blender Tools on my Windows 8.1. Somebody can help me?

What's the content of Blender foundation folder? And where it's placed?

I think this is not the correct blender foundation folder. You should find the one that contain blender.exe

I have Blender 2.71 64bits. I did not find anymore folder

My friend you forgot me. So tell me what can i verify the folder. Because i searched but i didn't find.

Well, the folder should be the same as for Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. Here is where mine is for Blender 2.71
C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.71\scripts\addons

Copy the 4 tools folders to that addons folder.
