Yes, I have already started with a skull and hip bones, and the cervical vertebrae.
You don't have to do teeth, since Manuel has done an outstanding job there.
The rest of the bones, such as radius/ulna, femur, tibia, etc. are best done in Blender using Nurbs. This is because all muscle-supporting bones are torqued (twisted along a single axis) and you can do that quite easily in NURBS, then convert to mesh.
