change head size

Postby 7yl4r » Thu May 08, 2014 2:57 pm

I would like to scale down the size of the head significantly so that I can hide it behind another mesh. Is there some way to scale up/down individual body parts? This kind of functionality diverts from realism, but some people might want giant-headed, t-rex-armed, stilt-legged chars... :D

Go in edit mode, pick wireframe view, pick a parallel camera view, eg by pressing 1 on keypad. Being in ortho mode is useful too (5 on keypad).
Then use your favourite selection tool to select the head (B box, CTRL+click drag for lasso, ...)
Then press S to scale.

This is more of a general Blender usage question, for more details ask in the blenderartist forums.

Well, I'd love to do it without ever having to open blender, but you're right that this is probably better solved through blender than MH. Just checking I didn't overlook a slider or something somewhere. Thanks.
