The only way to do this is to go through Blender, using the MakeClothes plugin.

The first and biggest problem you will discover is that you must convert the triangular polygons of MD into quadrangles.
There are several commercial tools for this process, but it still is meticulous.

Your best bet is the other way around. Import the Makehuman model as a Collada .dae file, and do your work in MD.

Here is an MD project for you to see the result; feel free to use it.

You can but you will have to retopo the export from Marvelous Designer into a quad mesh.

You can do this in Maya, Blender, or any other tool you like. As long as you export the final result to OBJ and import it into blender (The MakeClothes tool exists only for Blender)

thanks to all
i have converted the non quad mesh into quad mesh using zbrush 4r6 tool. after importing the quad mesh into blender the mesh looks with quad face but after assigning it to the base mesh we need click on make cloth button at that time it showing that your cloth is in quad face so it can't be used for cloth creation. please help to overcome this problem
